Terms of Service

Membership is $50/month, billed on a recurring basis once payments are connected. Access is active while the subscription is active and ends when it is canceled, unpaid, or expired.

The platform is a workflow and research toolkit. It does not include MLS access, skip tracing, live owner records, automated calls or texts, or guaranteed buyers.

No earnings, investment results, or deal outcomes are promised or implied.
